I love this line up because it has a number from the very first show the company every produced (Boobs and Goombas) and the very latest (Go-Go Power Rangers, which as of this post, HAS NOT EVEN PREMIERED, Y’ALL).
Not to mention we will be sharing the stage with the amazing Angela Eve! I AM EXCITED.* Obviously the poster and most likely drink specials will come soon. I just couldn’t wait to let all you lovely people know.

The three top performers tonight, based on audience votes, will go on to compete in the final round on May 23rd and–as the title suggests–the winner gets $500! Stella here. Sorry for the delay on posts. I’ve been very busy & SUPER sick. Technically, I should do a part two post about C2E2 but I’m just gonna wrap it up by saying John Barrowman = Yum, New TARDIS tattoo, lots of pictures, Hello Kitty X-men & I kick ass at Humans vs. Zombies. I’ll make a Flikr for the C2E2 photos and post it later this week. Moving on.
There are two awesome things you should see this week (apart from our regular schedule at http://www.gorillatango.com).
The first is the second round of Gorilla Tango’s $500 Burlesque thing. Last week was sooo much fun. I had a great time & definitely got a little nervous for my round (Round 3- May 16). This week there is a great line-up including two of our very own Geek Girls. The incredibly sexy & hilarious Ellie Gator and amazingly talented Diva LaVida. It’s this Wednesday May 9 at Gorilla Tago Theatre 9pm. What else could you possibly be doing on a Wednesday? Check. It. Out.
The second thing you should check out this week is Kiss Kiss Cabaret. They perform every Friday night at 11pm at the GreenHouse Theatre. I’ve performed there before and it’s super fun. Lots of variety- Comedy, Magic, Song, & of course Burlesque. This Friday a little bird named Alexa Luthor (former Geek Girl) posted via facebook “Guess what? A little bitta Batman, Wolfman, Frankenstein and Dracula will be happening at The Kiss Kiss Cabaret this Friday! Return of the Googly-eye shoes!” Those shoes are awesome & she is definitly a performer to check out!
